1.2. Employers and Recruiters. You are a user, whether an administrator or member, of an Employer or Recruiter Account on JobGen, which allows you to utilize our recruitment and applicant tracking features.

1.4. Newsletter Subscribers. You have subscribed to our mailing lists, forms, or notification systems to receive updates and information about JobGen.
What & Why
We collect and utilize the following information to provide, enhance, secure, and promote our Services.
Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
JobGen's use and handling of data received from third-party services adhere to their respective policies and guidelines.

We also facilitate communication, collaboration, and access to Your Data across various devices and platforms. 2.9. Account Information. If you are a Recruiter, we may collect the following Account Information:
- Registration Information: When you create an account, we collect your first and last name, username, password, email address, and company name.
- Billing Information: If you make payments to JobGen, we require your billing details, including name, address, email address, and payment method information (e.g., credit card number and expiration date or bank account details). We may use your billing address to determine applicable sales taxes.
- Account Settings: You can customize your preferences and personal details on your account settings page. Some of our Services also involve collecting the following data on your behalf:
- Your Contacts: You can choose to grant us access to your contacts, making it easier to send messages and invite others to use our Services. If you do so, we will store your contacts on our servers.
- Applicant Tracking Data: We store applicant tracking data (e.g., status updates, comments, or ratings) for your use, along with analysis tools.
- Profile Information: When you sign up for our Services, you provide information about yourself or your organization to give us a better understanding of your needs.
- 2.10. Data Processing Basis. We collect and utilize the personal data described above to offer you our Services securely and reliably. If you are a Recruiter, when you register or join your organization's JobGen account, some of your basic information, such as your name, profile picture, and email address, may be visible to other users within your team on the same domain. Certain features may allow you to share additional information with others. If you are a Job Seeker and interact with an Employer or Recruiter Account, representatives of that organization may access and view the personal details you provided during the interaction.
- 3.3. Other Applications. You can choose to connect your JobGen account with third-party services, enabling data exchange between JobGen and these third parties to improve, protect, and promote their services. Please be aware that third parties will handle your information according to their privacy policies and terms of service.
- 3.4. Recruiter Administrators. If you are a Recruiter, your administrator may have the ability to access and manage your personal account within your organization's JobGen account. Refer to your organization's internal policies for more information. If you share Your Data with a JobGen account, the account's administrator may have the ability to access and modify what you share.

3.5. Legal Compliance and Public Interest. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
- Enforce our policies, including the investigation of potential violations.

4.3. Data Retention. Upon creating an account, we will retain the information stored on our Services for as long as your account exists or as long as needed to provide our Services. If you delete your account, we will initiate the deletion of this information after 30 days. Please note that there may be some latency in deleting data from our servers and backup storage. We may also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. If you are a Job Seeker, please consult with the Recruiter regarding the duration of data storage in JobGen Services and other domains beyond our control.

4.4. Minors' Safety. Our Services are not intended for or available to minors, defined as individuals under the age of 13 (or under a higher age as permitted by local laws). JobGen does not knowingly collect personal data from minors or allow them to register. If we become aware of collecting personal data from a minor, we will promptly delete this information without notice. If you suspect such a situation has occurred, please contact our customer support.
Where
To provide you with our Services, we may store, process, and transmit data in various locations worldwide, including those outside your country. Data may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access our Services.
Your Control and Access to Your Data
You have control over your personal data and its collection, use, and sharing. You can:
• Delete Your Data: You can delete your JobGen account and its contents through your account settings page.
• Update or Correct Personal Data: Manage your account details and content through your account settings page.
• Access Your Data: You can access your personal data from your JobGen account and request a copy of personal data you provided to us or that we have collected. This includes information about the purposes of collection, data sources, and third parties with whom we've shared it.

6.1. Search Engines. Please be aware that many of our Services allow you to share information with others. Information shared publicly may be indexed by search engines. While our Services provide options to control sharing and deletion of your content, we cannot remove content from search engines. Therefore, exercise caution when making information public.
6.2. Data Controller. For Job Seekers, all application data submitted at an individual level is controlled by the Recruiter. JobGen may act as a data controller of Candidate data only in limited ways as described in Section 2, "What & Why." For Recruiters, Job Seekers, Website Visitors, and Newsletter Subscribers addressed in this privacy policy, JobGen Technology (Pvt) Ltd is the data controller for processing your personal data.
Changes
In the event of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving JobGen, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you, typically via email to the address associated with your account, of any such changes and provide information on your choices.
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically and post the latest version on our website. If a change materially affects how we collect or use your personal information, we will notify all account holders of this change.
